The Patagonia region of Argentina is known for its world-class outdoor adventures. Little do most people know, however, that it also has the perfect climate for growing the capricious Pinot Noir grape. ” Winery Jelu Estate was founded in 2002, in the province of Mendoza, Argentina, with the aim of offering winemaking consultancy services by providing technical, marketing and sales advice to help our South American clients export wine. The name Jelu, which means “sun” comes from the Huarpe Indian language. Jelu wines are made in different regions within Argentina to showcase the adequate climate and terroir characteristics, leading to extraordinary varietals.
